Christ Is Risen!

Welcome! We at St Andrew are Orthodox Christians, worshipping according to the ancient Western Rite practiced by the early Christians in the West for the first 1,000 years of Christianity. We are canonical (mainline) Orthodox  in the Antiochian Patriarchate headquartered in Damascus, Syria, under His Beatitude Patriarch IGNATIUS IV, and in the self-ruled Antiochian Orthodox Christian Archdiocese of North America under His Eminence Metropolitan PHILIP (Saliba).

Our regular services include Vespers every Saturday at 4 P.M. and every Sunday  Matins at 8:30 A.M. followed by Divine Liturgy at 9A.M. We also often have Wednesday night  Bible study. Please call (352) 223-8938 for information about the Bible study. Other services for Holy Days will be announced.

Almighty God, who didst give such grace unto Thy holy Apostle, St Andrew, that he readily obeyed the calling of Thy son Jesus Christ, and followed him without delay, grant unto us all, that we, being called by Thy holy Word may forthwith give up ourselves obediently to fulfill Thy holy commandments, through the same Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
